The AgilePM Agile Project Management Practitioner e-learning, which is accredited by the APM Group, helps prepare participants for the AgilePM Practitioner exam.

This AgilePM Practitioner e-learning is intended to measure whether those who pass the exam have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Agile Project Management guidance to apply it and tailor it to a particular scenario situation.

This qualification is aimed at:

Foreknowledge and level

You must possess one of the following qualifications to be eligible for the AgilePM Practitioner exam:

• AgilePM Foundation certificate
• DSDM Foundation certificate
• DSDM Advanced Practitioner Certificate

Duration

The training lasts approximately 12 hours.

Objective AgilePM Agile Project Management Practitioner e-learning

For example, at the end of this course you will be able to:

• apply the underlying philosophy and principles of DSDM in a project situation
• configure the agile project lifecycle appropriately for a given scenario
• evaluate/produce the content of agile products produced during an agile project in a given scenario
• apply the following agile techniques in a project situation: Facilitated workshops; MoSCoW prioritization; Iterative development; To model; Timeboxes
• apply the agile techniques to be used for a given situation within a scenario
  understand the roles and responsibilities within an agile project and choose the right personnel to fulfill these roles within a given scenario
• understand the mechanisms for control of an agile project specific to an agile project
• broadly understand how to test, estimate and measure progress in an agile project
•  Describe the agile approach to requirements management and propose action(s) to resolve requirements issues within an agile project from a given scenario.

Exam AgilePM Practitioner

The exam is not included with this product, but it is available as an optional extra. If you want to take the exam, it is available online through remote proctor or onsite.

To be eligible for a certificate after training, you must get at least 40 points /2 questions correct out of 80 points / 4 questions which will give you 2,5 hours. For more information about the open book (limited to the official manual) AgilePM Practitioner exam, see APMG.
