Content of the training

At the beginning of the training, an overview is given of the various topics. AgilePM™ certification is the result of collaboration between APMG-International and the DSDM Consortium. DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Method) is the longest existing Agile method, as well as the only Agile method aimed at managing Agile projects. Has evolved over the years into Project Framework, and AgilePM is a subset tailored for the Agile project manager.
Students are explained how the model is set up, how the different project activities and project roles are connected and how AgilePM deals with project management.
This course provides preparation for both the Foundation and Practitioner exams.

Target audience
This course is intended for anyone who is currently working on Agile-based projects or has experience with other forms of project management experience and would like to add Agile PM skills and knowledge to their portfolio.
Anyone with some experience in project work, either on the customer or supplier side, can benefit from this course, including but not limited to: project manager, team leaders and managers or project staff. Specifically for anyone who has limited time available.

Foreknowledge and level
none, some experience of participating in projects is recommended.

Duration
Similar to a three-day course, consisting of 10 hours of video footage, 3 educational games and sample questions.
