The AgilePM Foundation certification is the result of collaboration between APMG-International and the DSDM Consortium. DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Method) is the longest existing Agile method, as well as the only Agile method aimed at managing Agile projects. Has evolved over the years into Project Framework, and AgilePM is a subset tailored for the Agile project manager.
Furthermore, this method is easy to apply and AgilePM not only provides a framework, but also best practices that guarantee projects a success. The AgilePM Foundation training, which is internationally recognized, ensures that your practical skills are developed so that you can run projects independently.
You will of course also learn about all theory related to the Agile philosophy and Agile methodology. The training goes much further than a timebox approach or scrum and is therefore extremely suitable for small and large projects or programs. This while taking into account the requirements of the business itself, which is often underestimated.
If you are looking for a combination between Agile and more traditional project management, read the course description of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation training.
However, developing more in the field of Project Management then sign up for the PRINCE2 Foundation. Are you more agile in the direction of Agile? Then take a look at our popular Agile Scrum Foundation training.
There is also a four-day training available where you take your AgilePM foundation and AgilePM Practitioner exam in 4 days, this course is called the Agile PM Fast track.
