Through both theoretical substantiation and practical examples, participants are introduced to the effective application of Agile methodologies within business analysis. The training covers the fundamentals of Agile working, including an in-depth exploration of Scrum, DevOps and DSDM. Participants also learn how to prepare and apply detailed solution descriptions and associated requirements.

For this training it is recommended that participants have several years of experience in business analysis or similar functions. Experience with project management or consulting is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Two days. The training lasts a total of 2 days and is divided into modules, each covering a specific aspect of Agile Business Analysis.
The optional exam is administered in Dutch or English, and the exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions. The participant must give 60 or more correct answers in 26 minutes to pass. If English/Dutch is not your native or company language, you will receive an extra 10 minutes. The optional exam costs €200 excl. VAT and is available via EUR EXAM.
