The Business Case Management training or Business Case Management course teaches you to draw up a business case and to evaluate it during and after a project. You do this by quantitatively describing the costs and benefits of a project, so that you can provide a business rationale for the choices to be made. You will also learn to set priorities in a project portfolio and to make strategic choices. Obtaining commitment, managing stakeholders and drawing up a Value Map are also part of the business case management course.
