Content of the training

The Change Management Foundation e-learning helps you gain the fundamental skills and certification to be a successful Change Manager.

Change Management is associated with the effects and management of change; this is especially within organizations where change can have more impact. This qualification is based on the theory and application of change for the individual, change for the organization, communication and stakeholder engagement, and change management best practices. Once you have passed the Change Management Foundation, you can move on to the more advanced Change Management Practitioner certification.

Accreditation: The purpose of the Change Management Foundation certification is to certify that a candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of Change Management to work as an informal member of a team working on an organizational change initiative.

Target group for the Change Management Foundation e-learning

The Change Management qualification is intended for anyone involved in change at any level within an organization:

Foreknowledge and level

No formal requirements are required to start a Change Management Foundation e-learning.
The Change Management Foundation certification is also a prerequisite for the Change Management Practitioner certification.

Duration

The course is expected to take approximately 10-12 hours.

Objective Change Management™ Foundation E-learning e-learning

At the end of the e-learning you will understand/get:

• how individuals are affected by change and are able to develop strategies to help people through change
  insight into how organizations work, organizational culture and the models and processes of change
• the drivers of change, the change governance structures commonly used in organizations and how to define a change vision
• how to prepare people for change and support their learning and motivation to change
• Learn more about the stakeholder engagement process and how to develop appropriate communication strategies and plans
  greater appreciation for the impact of change on organisations, how to build and support momentum for change
• the importance of defined change roles and how to build and support an effective change team

Exam Change Management Foundation

The exam is not included with this product, but it is available as an optional extra. If you want to take the exam, it is available online through remote proctor or onsite.

To be eligible for a post-training certificate, you must get at least 50% correct on 50 questions that will give you 40 minutes. For more information about the Change Management Foundation certification, see APMG.
