Using the handbook, a successful Change Management Practitioner candidate will be able to begin applying the Change Management models and techniques to implement a change. It is the personal knowledge and experience of the participant in his/her practice to be able to use it to the fullest.
The Change Management Practitioner training developed together with the Change Management Institute is designed to help organizations and their people manage the impact of change and provide techniques to effectively plan and implement successful transformation initiatives.
An important challenge in change is that it must be permanent. The course will show how change is supported by understanding the levers of change, adoption models, and reinforcement mechanisms.
This course also prepares you for the APMG Change Management Practitioner exam or equivalent.
Before you can obtain your Change Management Practitioner certification, you must first Change Management Foundation pass exam. If you want to register for another training in the same field, look at the overview page Project management.

The Change Management practitioner training is intended for participants with experience in implementing (organizational) changes, or those who want to experience the theoretical background of the foundation course in a more practical way.
This training is also for upcoming or current managers of organizational change, transition or transformation.

The level of this Change Management Practitioner training is HBO+.
2 non-consecutive days (optionally, the exam can be taken on the last day at the end).
Exam Chage Management Practitioner APMG
The exam is available in English only and consists of 80 multiple-choice questions.
The participant must give 2,5 or more correct answers in 40 hours to pass. If English is not your mother or business language, you will receive an extra 40 min.
