User Stories Foundation Certificate – USFC™ Course Description

User stories are a powerful tool to promote collaboration and learn many things. These make it possible to establish a link between users or consumers and developers of products or services. And this relationship is the first major step towards the creation and culmination of admirable products that positively impact people who use or consume them and even change them to improve their lifestyles.

Learning objectives User Stories Foundation Certificate – USFC:

• At the end of the certification, participants will be able to:
  Understand the benefits of using user stories in uncertain and ambiguous environments.
• Develop the skills needed to use user stories as conversation tools between stakeholders.
• Apply different ways to write user stories.
  Recognize whether a user story meets the characteristics of a good user story.
• Use different techniques for cutting user stories so that they can be produced in a very short time, from a few hours to a few days.
• Use user stories to understand the value proposition of the product and its features from the beginning of the project.
• Guide other people in your teams on the correct use of user stories in complex and adaptive contexts.
• Get certified in User Stories Foundations Certificate (to support the fundamental knowledge and application of User Stories).
