The ITIL 4 Foundation course
A ITIL 4 Foundation course is not only for IT Professionals but also all other employees who want to learn more about IT Service Management. There are no prerequisites.
The Itil v3-4 Foundation bridge course
De ITIL 4 Foundation Bridge is of course an abbreviated version of 1 day aimed at candidates who have already obtained an ITIL V3 Foundation certificate, but who also have a reasonable knowledge of it. ITIL V3 comes from 2011 and the knowledge should not be completely weakened, so preferably students who often come into contact with ITIL.

ITIL 4 Management Professional Transition
If you obtained 3 points within ITIL V17 (old certification scheme) by completing modules and then additionally passed the Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) exam with a pass, you received the title ITIL Expert. In the new ITIL 4 certification path there are also titles that you can obtain: ITIL 4 Managing Professional & ITIL Strategic Leader à ITIL 4 Master. Because you have to pass no less than 5 exams (ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL 4 CDS, ITIL 4 DVS, ITIL 4 HVIT and ITIL DPI) to ITIL 4 Managing professional To become what naturally takes a lot of time, a transition module has been devised for students who have obtained 3 points within the ITIL V17 certification scheme.
