During the sessions there is a lot of room for developing your own skills as a project manager, we do this with role plays and individual and group assignments.
By also using practical experiences during the IPMA C training, the participant learns to use the project management competencies more consciously.
If you are not yet familiar with IPMA, you can also IPMA d following a training program.

The IPMA C level is intended for project managers with at least 3 years of experience in managing limited complex projects or sub-projects.

Acquiring and strengthening technical, behavioral and contextual competences of project management.
The IPMA C certification consists of 2 parts, ie the theory exam, based on the final objectives NCB3, which is taken in writing and the oral exam, based on a 360° feedback analysis and a project report.

If you register your company for an IPMA-C in-company via D-ICT Solutions, you can always have one of our trainers/consultants visit you (or virtually) for an IPMA implementation session. During this afternoon or morning you will receive advice with regard to optimizing or setting up IPMA within your organization by a certified IPMA expert.
