ITIL 4: a journey with new destinations

As an ITIL MP you work as an IT professional within organizations with the aim of leading successful work processes, projects and teams. The ITIL SL focuses on the role of IT services in relation to business processes and the influence of IT on business strategy. Each of these tracks has its own modules. You progress to ITIL Master when you have obtained both MP and SL. There are several routes to enroll if you already have certifications within ITL v3. If you only have an ITIL Foundation v3 certificate, it is advisable to obtain the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate because it contains a lot of new, valuable study material. Soon you will find on our website the options for the ITIL 4 training that can be offered from February 28, 2019. If you have already collected more credits within ITIL v3, it can be useful to follow the follow-up modules within ITIL v3. When you have obtained at least 17 credits, you can enter the new scheme via the Managing Professional Transition module. This training is expected in the second half of 2019. Through this path you benefit from the best of both versions of ITIL: the sound theory from ITIL v3 combined with the innovative approach of ITIL 4. This means that the investment in ITIL v3 retains its full value and you are then fully up to date up to and including the latest insights according to ITIL 4.
