This shortened ITIL 4 training teaches you to differ from the basic principles for professionalization and certification within the ITIL framework from version V3 to version 4. For example, the lifecycle returns in ITIL 4 but in a modified form. The ITIL Service Value system is presented as a large 'process' in which opportunities and requirements are entered and the output is value. The center or the heart of the Service Value System is the Service Value Chain, which provides a complete "picture"

During the ITIL 4 foundation bridge course you just take the regular ITIL 4 Foundation exam, because there is no longer a special exam available for the ITIL bridge training.
Duration: 60 minutes
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates taking the exam in a language that is not their native or working language may be given 25% extra time, ie 75 minutes in total.
The ITIL 4 Foundation exam is closed book and no materials other than the exam materials are allowed.
