Content of the training
At the beginning of the ITIL 4 foundation e-learning, an overview is given of the various topics. ITIL® Foundation is the most important certificate for IT professionals and employees who want to know more about IT Service Management. Organizations that work according to ITIL® use the complete ITIL® exam program to train personnel role-based. Their ITIL® competencies allow them to perform and collaborate better.
This ITIL® Foundation training lays the foundation for a complete program of ITIL® exams and the achievement of various certificates in IT Service Management. You show that you take working according to ITIL® seriously. It makes you more qualified to work with other ITIL® certifiers.

Similar to a three-day course, consisting of more than 12 hours of video footage, flashcards, quiz maker, and sample exam. The course covers the entire ITIL® Foundation Syllabus.
