For the ITIL Intermediate Module – Release Control and Validation module you need an ITIL V3 Foundation certificate.
The level of the ITIL Intermediate Module – Release Control and Validation module is MBO+.
4 days, with on the 4e day at the end of the exam.
During the exam, the following topics and competences are discussed: Introduction to IT Service Management Business and Management matters; Managing the Planning and Implementation of IT Service Management; Management of Strategic Changes; Risk management; Understanding Organizational Challenges; Service Assessment; Understanding Complementary Industry Guidance (ISO20000, CMMI, TQM, Six Sigma, COBIT, etc.)
Multiple-choice exam, 120 minutes, closed book.
35 points needed to pass (out of 50 points available).
