The ITIL V3 Life Cycle Managing Across the Lifecycle training provides a standalone qualification, but is also the last module of the Lifecycle of Capability modules leading to the ITIL Expert in IT Service Management level.
The aim of the ITIL V3 Life Cycle Managing Across the Lifecycle course and the associated exam and certification is, respectively, to transfer, test and validate the knowledge about the content of the ITIL® publications. The focus is on Business, management and control of objectives, processes, functions and activities and on the interfaces and interactions between the processes as described in the five ITIL core publications.
During the training, the necessary skills are conveyed to you in an interactive way through a mix of presentations, learning conversations, discussions, practical situations and cases. The teacher acts more as a coach than as a trainer. During the training, an active attitude is expected from the participants.
After following an ITIL Life Cycle or Capability module, you have of course taken note of the course material and interaction has taken place with the other participants under the guidance of, and with the teacher.
In this optional exam training you will make a current example exam that will be discussed with the teacher and then take the “real” exam well prepared after lunch.
During this day, your own wishes and questions will be discussed in detail.
These arose during the days of the training and by studying the exam material.
Many questions will also arise as a result of the (trial) exam questions.
During this day, your questions and those of the other participants will be discussed in detail and provided with comments.
Interaction with the other participants will be in the foreground by primarily having your questions answered by the other participants.
The teacher will mainly be a facilitator in this regard.
