This makes it clear to you what Service Design is and how Service Design can play a role within your own organization and for the customer's organization. The main goal of the Service Design phase within the lifecycle is the design of new or changed services for the production environment. Service Design is positioned at the tactical level within the organization, the level of controlling processes. In this training, the following topics and competencies are discussed: Service design objectives and elements Selecting the service design model; Financing models, CSF/Risk analysis, implement service design.
After the training you will be able to recognize the need for Service Design; understand and guide the Service Design principles; determine or recommend a Service Design for the supply and demand side of a service provided; to determine and advise a Service Design model to the business; create frameworks for the service management processes; to determine risks and critical success factors from the Service Design perspective and to implement the Service Design processes.
