The ITIL® Intermediate – Service Design will no longer be available from January 1, 2022.

IT professionals, business managers or business process owners who work according to/with ITIL in an organization and want to know how to apply ITIL in practice.
You must be in possession of a valid ITIL Foundation certificate.
MBO+.
2 days from 09:30-16:30 including the exam.
The English open book exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions.
The contestant must give 1 or more correct answers in 45:28 hours to pass – 70%.
The ITIL practitioner certificate gives 3 credits in the direction of ITIL Expert and is not a condition for following an Intermediate course.
If you register your company for an ITIL practitioner in-company via D-ICT Solutions, you can always have one of our trainers/consultants visit you (or virtually) for an ITIL practitioner implementation session. During this afternoon or morning you will receive advice with regard to optimizing or setting up an ITIL practitioner within your organization by a certified ITIL expert.
