The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course has a strong alternation between theory and practice. Under the supervision of our teacher, the participant practices applying the knowledge learned during the training. Ideally, the students have already followed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training.
Would you first like to get acquainted with Lean Six Sigma at a lower level? Then follow the popular Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training. If you do Lean Six Sigma green belt certificate you can also transfer to the black belt with the Lean Six Sigma Upgrade Green to Black Belt training.

The Black Belt training is intended for executives, project leaders and consultants who work at companies or government institutions, and who are given a Black Belt role within Lean Six Sigma Improvement Projects.
Before you can start this Black Belt course, you should have best knowledge at the level of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
The level of the Black Belt course is HBO+.

You will receive the official LSS Black Belt certificate.

If you register your company for an LSS black Belt in-company via D-ICT Solutions, you can always have one of our trainers/consultants visit you (or virtually) for a Lean Six Sigma implementation session. During this afternoon or morning you will receive advice regarding the optimization or implementation of Lean Six Sigma within your organization by a certified Black Belt.
