This accredited Managing Benefits Foundation e-learning gives organizations guidance on how to focus on which measurable benefits they need to deliver to meet the organisation's strategic objectives. This allows them to focus limited resources on the most useful activities.

Objective Managing Benefits Foundation e-learning

The purpose of the Managing Benefits foundation certification is to provide managers and practitioners from multiple disciplines, working in different organizations, with generally applicable guidelines that encompass benefits management principles, practices and techniques. The Foundation qualification is also a prerequisite for the Practitioner qualification.

By the end of the course you should be able to understand and describe the following:

• Benefit management definitions, scope and objectives, barriers to effective practice and key success characteristics
• Principles on which successful benefit management approaches are based
• Five practices within the benefits management cycle and relevant techniques that apply to each practice

Exam Managing Benefits Foundation

The exam is not included with this product, but it is available as an optional extra. If you want to take the exam, it is available online through remote proctor or onsite.
