MOF 4 Foundation is a three (0) day training on the newly updated MOF Service Lifecycles, which also provides key concepts, processes and management reviews. The training consists of the 3 phases of the MOF life cycle: Plan, Delivery, Operate, and Manage.

– The 3 phases (Plan, Delivery, Operate) and fundamental layer (Manage) of the MOF Lifecycles.

– The Management Reviews defined within critical SMFs to ensure the service is ready for the next phase.
– The Manage layer and how it supports the other phases with governance, change and team / resource management
