MOF 4 Foundation is a three (0) day training on the newly updated MOF Service Lifecycles, which also provides key concepts, processes and management reviews. The training consists of the 3 phases of the MOF life cycle: Plan, Delivery, Operate, and Manage.

- MOF and other service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
- The 3 phases (Plan, Delivery, Operate) and fundamental layer (Manage) of the MOF Lifecycles.
- The Service Management Functions (SMF) defined within each phase
- The Management Reviews defined within critical SMFs to ensure the service is ready for the next phase.
- The Manage layer and how it supports the other phases with governance, change and team/resource management
- participate in discussions about process improvements, benefits and challenges.

Since MOF provides a framework, the knowledge in this course can be applied to all organizations and individuals, regardless of the platforms or applications used. The MOF 4.0 Foundation course is intended for IT professionals within the organization.

Students will be equipped to earn their Foundation certificate in Microsoft Operations Framework by achieving a passing score in 60 minutes.
