Target audience 

The P3o Foundation e-learning is for those who want an understanding of Portfolio Management and the supporting environment for successful programs and projects. Managers seeking to provide a structure for prioritization and control of business organizational investments, especially those with PRINCE2® and MSP®, although any methodology can be effectively improved using the P3O model.

Foreknowledge and level

There are no requirements for the P3O Foundation e-learning, but a good understanding of the project and a program environment is recommended.

Duration

The P3o Foundation e-learning takes a maximum of 18 hours.

Exam P3O Foundation

The exam is included with this product, and you can access the Peoplecert portal within 24 hours of purchase. If you want to take the exam, it is available online through remote proctor.

To be eligible for a post-training certificate, you need to get at least 50% of the 70 points you get 60 minutes for. For more information about the P3O Foundation certification, see peoplecert.
