The P3O Foundation course is aligned with the PRINCE2, MSP, M_o_R and MoP modules. And entails a set of processes, principles and techniques to support the PMO (Project Management Office) with a balanced portfolio for “change” and ensure consistent delivery of projects and programs across your organization
The aim of the training is to impart knowledge related to the functioning and implementation of Portfolio, Program and Project offices so that candidates can pass the Foundation exam and successfully implement the business change governance in the organizations.

The P3O Foundation training is for anyone who:
No specific prior knowledge is required, but knowledge of PRINCE2, MSP and MoP works to your advantage.
3 days including exam training and exam.
75 questions, each worth one point. But in the end only 70 count towards the final result. You need to get 35 points out of 70, so 50% pass.
