After the basic iPad course, D-ICT Solutions now presents the training for people who want to use the iPad as a user in their work.
9.30-10.30: Paperless meetings – green and cheaper!
Everything on the iPad instead of documents that have to be copied, carried around and then processed into new documents, which have to be distributed again to the meeting. Paperless meetings also fit in perfectly with a “sustainable green policy”. With various applications you can also directly adjust and send documents on the iPad during the meeting. This training provides an enormous saving in costs and time for the organization and ensures a better environment.

13.00 – 14.30: making a catchy presentation without a PC or laptop
Streaming the iPad from your PC to your iPad, directly from your iPad or to a digital whiteboard or beamer: giving a presentation on the iPad becomes a piece of cake. During the training you will learn to make fascinating presentations on an iPad that you can take with you and show them at any place: a meeting, a trade fair, but also in a construction site!
14.45 – 16.00 pm: Taking minutes with iPad – how do you do that?
Gaming, games and surfing the internet on your iPad is often no longer a mystery, but how you can work well such as taking minutes on an iPad often remains difficult: which programs are available for this (word processing, spreadsheets, document management systems,..), how do you go about doing this? is it best to use the keyboard and how do you get the minutes taken back to your PC?

Maximum group size is 15 people. The course is for anyone who wants to understand further business applications such as paperless meetings, taking minutes and want to learn to deal with both business and private.

Dates are agreed in consultation. The day starts at 9.30:17.00 am and ends at XNUMX:XNUMX pm. Training can be done at your location or we can organize it for you. The course location must have a WiFi connection and a beamer. From experience, we advise you to hold the training outside your own office, so that participants can concentrate optimally and are not distracted by daily activities.
The price of the training includes an iPad Pro 10,5″ 64GB WiFi.
