Course description Personal Leadership

This training focuses on developing personal leadership through self-analysis, goal setting and drawing up a personal leadership plan. Participants learn to recognize their strengths and development points and use them effectively in both their professional and personal lives. Important themes such as communication skills and dealing with change are also covered, reinforced by interactive exercises, group discussions and reflection sessions.
