The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation training focuses on the integration of PRINCE2 and Agile, so that participants learn how to manage projects in a flexible and structured way. The training covers the basic principles of PRINCE2, such as the seven principles, themes and processes, and how these can be adapted to an Agile working environment.
In addition, the core concepts of Agile are explained, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean and SAFe. Participants will learn how Agile methods and techniques, such as iterative development, sprints, Kanban boards and time boxes, can be applied within a PRINCE2 project structure.
An important part of the training is understanding the balance between control and flexibility. This includes working with fixed and variable contracts, managing releases and applying Agile behaviors such as collaboration, self-organization and customer focus.
The training includes practical exercises and case studies to directly apply the theory. In addition, attention is paid to exam-oriented preparation, including practice questions and mock exams, to prepare participants well for the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam.

PRINCE2 Agile Foundation training is intended for anyone who works on large and small projects in an agile environment. The certification is valuable regardless of the role one takes within a project, such as project managers, steering committee members, project supporters or participants within teams that have to deliver the project.
After obtaining the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certificate, further in-depth knowledge can be achieved via the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course and the application of PRINCE2 Agile in practical situations is tested.
No prior knowledge is required to follow this training, if you already have knowledge of PRINCE2 or Agile, this is a plus. The Foundation level is again a pre-requisite for the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner training.
