Content of the training
At the beginning of the training, an overview is given of the various topics. PRINCE2 AgileĀ® Practitioner is a solution that combines the flexibility and responsiveness of Agile with the well-defined framework of PRINCE2Ā®. PRINCE2 AgileĀ® framework encompasses a wide range of Agile concepts, including SCRUM, Kanban and Lean Startup. It provides guidance on customizing PRINCE2Ā® and includes:

PRINCE2 AgileĀ® Practitioner is an extension module created for forward-looking organizations and individuals who are already benefiting from PRINCE2Ā®. It provides further guidance on how to apply flexible methods to the most recognized project management methodology in the world.
