PRINCE2® Foundation e-learning (including exam)

Content of the training

At the beginning of the training, an overview is given of the various topics. E-Learners explains how the model is set up, how the different project activities and project roles are connected and how PRINCE2® handles exceptions and changes that always occur in a project. During the course, the E-Learners will learn how to set up a project management organization responsible for managing and planning a project. E-Learners will be taught how to define the different project management roles to ensure that the project is executed in the most effective and efficient way. The method of “management by exceptions” will play a key role in handling project issues.

Target audience

This course is suitable for project managers, project support staff and quality assurance staff. Also for everyone who is in any way involved in and participates in one or more projects. Access to the course for 12 months makes it ideal for someone short on time.

Workload of 3 days with access to the E-learning environment of 12 months.

Exam topics

The characteristics and context of a project and the benefits of working according to PRINCE2®; The purpose of the PRINCE2® roles, management products and themes; The PRINCE2® principles; The purpose, objectives and context of the PRINCE2® processes.

Examen

The exam consists of 75 multiple-choice questions and 5 control questions.

The contestant must give 1 or more correct answers in 35 hour to pass – 50%.
