Students are explained how the model is set up, how the different project activities and project roles are connected and how PRINCE2® handles exceptions and changes that always occur in a project. During the PRINCE2 Foundation exam training, participants will learn how to set up a project management organization responsible for managing and planning a project. Participants will be taught how to define the different project management roles to ensure that the project is executed in the most effective and efficient way. The method of “management by exceptions” will play a key role in handling project issues.

This course is suitable for project managers, project support staff and quality assurance staff. Also for anyone who is even somewhat involved in and participates in one or more projects.
Extensive PRINCE2 knowledge is required for the exam training.
The level of the exam training is MBO+.
1 day, optionally the exam can be taken at the end of this day.
The exam consists of 75 multiple-choice questions and 5 control questions.
The contestant must give 1 or more correct answers in 35 hour to pass – 50%.
