Content of the training
In this module a theoretical basis is laid for participating in projects. The main subject is project technology, in which attention is paid to the crucial management aspects. Matters such as the roles of project participants and the relationship to line and staff structure are given attention. In addition, participants should be aware of a number of skills required for successful project participation.
