Job description:
As a Scrum Master / Trainer you play a crucial role in guiding and training scrum teams at our customers. You work closely with various stakeholders, including product owners, developers and business representatives, to implement an effective and efficient agile way of working. You are responsible for facilitating the scrum events, solving obstacles and coaching the teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.
In addition, you also have an important role as a trainer, providing training and workshops to increase the knowledge and skills of team members and other stakeholders. You develop training materials and adapt them based on the needs of the students. With your excellent communication skills and didactic qualities, you ensure effective knowledge transfer and contribute to the growth and development of our customers.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Guiding and coaching scrum teams in their agile transformation.
- Facilitating scrum events, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve barriers that affect team progress.
- Training and coaching team members and other stakeholders in agile principles and scrum practices.
- Providing courses and training to customers.
- Developing and adapting training materials based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve good cooperation between business and IT.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a professional environment
- Proven experience in training and coaching teams
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, scrum principles and agile transformations
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for knowledge transfer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certifications such as PSM-I are a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different organizations and sectors

Job requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a professional environment: As a Medior/Senior Scrum Master, you are expected to have a solid background in guiding scrum teams and facilitating agile processes. This experience enables you to effectively deal with various challenges and obstacles that may arise during the agile transformation.
- Knowledge of agile methods and scrum principles: As a mid-level Scrum Master, you must have a thorough understanding of agile principles and scrum methodologies. You are familiar with the fundamentals of agile working, such as iterative development, self-organization and continuous improvement. In addition, you are able to apply these concepts and adapt them to specific situations.
- Excellent communication skills: As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and other stakeholders. It is essential that you have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You can convey information clearly, listen to different perspectives, and effectively resolve any conflicts or misunderstandings.
- Problem solving skills: As a medior Scrum Master, you are expected to be able to tackle complex problems and obstacles within the team and the organization. You have strong analytical skills and can quickly identify the core of a problem. In addition, you are creative and flexible in devising solutions and facilitating decision-making processes.
- Team coaching skills: As a Scrum Master, you play an important role in coaching and guiding scrum teams.
