This training teaches the basic principles for professionalization and certification within the ITIL® framework. The basic training that gives you insight, preparation and help to understand the basic principles of the ITIL® framework. The design of the service is discussed in more detail. In addition, the operational processes are further developed.
The ITIL V3 Foundation exams will be canceled from July 1, 2021, more information about discontinuation can be found at peoplecert.

For experienced professionals who lack certificates, but who already know a lot about a subject, it is sometimes not necessary to follow an entire Foundation training. This training is interesting for ICT professionals, technical administrators, and professionals for whom this course is part of obtaining the ITIL® Expert in IT Service Management

After studying the submitted material, you will be supervised by an accredited trainer for one day or, if desired, two half-days. During these day(s) you can ask the trainer questions about uncertainties and you will be given assignments and mock exams to practice. This day will be concluded with the official Peoplecert exam at our location.
