It is important that improvements you learn during the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course are implemented and accepted by management and employees. That is why the subject of change management receives a lot of attention during this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. This training is prepared according to the 5 steps of a Lean Six Sigma project: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC).
After this Green Belt course you will be able to independently start a Lean Six Sigma project and bring it to a demonstrably successful conclusion and you will know how to apply the various tools and techniques and to translate the theory into your own work or project environment. The student understands the impact of changes on employee and organization and knows the
advantages of continuously improving their own activities.
Would you first like to get acquainted with Lean Six Sigma at a lower level? Then follow the popular Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training. If you have already obtained the Lean Six Sigma green certificate, you can also switch to the black belt with the Lean Six Sigma Upgrade Green to Black Belt training.

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is intended for executives, project leaders and consultants from the service sector or government institutions who have or will play a pioneering role within Lean Six Sigma improvement projects in their own organization.
No specific previous education is required, but if you have followed the Yellow belt it will be easier to follow the shortened version of 4 days.
The level of the Green Belt training is MBO/HBO+.
7 days or 4 days spread over a number of weeks where you also study yourself.
180 minutes, 100 multiple-choice questions (IASSC).
You will receive the official LLS Green Belt certificate.
