The ITIL 4 Foundation training is the first logical step within the ITIL 4 certification scheme. The introduction to ITIL with the ITIL Foundation course enables candidates to look at IT service management through an end-to-end business model for the delivery, creation and continuous improvement based on the technology-based services and products.

The ITIL Foundation certification is mainly intended for:
No specific prior education is required for the training.
It is a plus if you already have a basic knowledge of, for example, automation. Furthermore, the level for this course is MBO+ work and thinking level.
3 days including exam voucher
The ITIL Foundation exam takes 60 minutes.
To obtain your ITIL V4 Foundation certification and pass the exam, you must get at least 24 of the 40 multiple choice questions correct, which is equal to 65%.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates taking the exam in a language that is not their native or working language may be given 25% extra time, ie 75 minutes in total.
The ITIL Foundation exam is closed book and no materials other than the exam materials are allowed.
