The PRINCE2® Fast Track course covers in the first three days an extensive basis of the PRINCE2® method, also known as the PRINCE2 Foundation. The course is aimed at giving students insight into the philosophy of the PRINCE2® method and also preparing students for the official PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner exams. The PRINCE2 Foundation exam takes place on the afternoon of the third day.
The last 2 days will be dominated by further deepening of the methodology and preparation for and taking the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.
In the Practitioner part the emphasis will be on gaining more detailed insight and the trainees will gain a better understanding of how the methodology can be applied in the given case. It will also be analyzed whether the method has been used correctly and where there is room for improvement. The last day of the PRINCE2 Fast track training is concluded with the Practitioner exam (2,5 hours).

This course is suitable for Project Managers, project support staff and quality assurance staff. Also for anyone who is even somewhat involved in and / or participating in one or more projects.

5 days including the exams
The foundation exam consists of 75 multiple-choice questions and 5 control questions. The contestant must give 60 or more correct answers in 35 minutes to pass – 50%.

The open book practitioner exam consists of 80 multiple-choice questions. The contestant must give 150 or more correct answers in 44 minutes to pass – 55%.
