What is the goal of DevOps?
The goal of DevOps is to establish stream-lined just-in-time (JIT) business processes. DevOps aims to maximize business outcomes, such as increasing sales and profitability, enhancing business speed, or minimizing operating cost, by aligning just-in-time (JIT) business processes.
How to benefit from DevOps?
Almost everyone agrees that culture is the most important ingredient of DevOps. The challenge for most IT leaders is defining and communicating a vision of beneficial culture for their organizations, and then facilitating the changes needed to achieve that.
